I'm also getting so many general bugs that's it's unusable. If you have something in preview and then hit write, it only writes if you have that track selected, and the soft keys send the wrong Eucon commands to pro tools, if they send anything at all.

Did you follow the advice in this post ? Uninstall (using the installer) select remove all Apps and remove prefs and then reinstall. If you still have issues please list in detail so we can fix them.

I'm still having issues, both Eucon 19.12 and 19.12.1.
When pressing play and moving faders, the fader movement starts writing only after 2-3 seconds. The writing itself is not delayed, it just skips the first few seconds after starting playback. When PT is already playing for a few seconds the writing starts the moment I touch the fader. Eucon 19.5 is writing instant the moment I touch the fader all the time. Already tried the complete uninstall/reinstall, firmware is up to date. It's kinda frustrating due to fast paced pickups. Also 19.12 (kinda) fixed a 1,5 year old bug but it seems I now still have to roll back. /edit: Protools 19.12 Ultimate, artist mix+transport, no ipad or any apps, separate ethernet network with fixed IP's for eucon, no problem (like this) before eucon 19.12 without changing anything else.
