12.4 Bug? - importing midi, can't deselect any tracks when completed

Hi,

When importing midi to multiple new instrument tracks, upon import completion, all the tracks are selected (i.e. highlighted) in the edit and mix windows and I can't deselect them or move my keyboard focus to a particular one of them (if you see what I mean). The only way round this is to then create 1 new track, and select that one, which then deselects the others. Anyone else seeing this? Standard 27" iMac running Yosemite - OS X 10.10.5

either command or control click on any track .. should highlight just that one .. i see that once in awhile as well ..
