Clicking!
moved to 12.4 and am getting clicking, very tiny but noticeable, any time I play audio. From HD or a VI, its not a plugin. I tried going back to 12.3 but the same thing is happening, back on 12.4 now.
Anyone else ever hear this? |

Re: Clicking!
More details needed. What exact interface and driver? What monitors? connected how?
Are you trying to aggregate interfaces with ASIO4ALL or OS X Audio/MIDI setup? Some possible causes of clicking are... Click track audible, maybe hidden/duplicate etc. Timing/load problems causing audio issues, make sure "ignore errors" in the playback engine dialog is *not* checked. Mechanical or electrical noise recorded on audio tracks. Solo each track and try to see where it is coming from. Clocking issues with interfaces. Are you recording digitally? S/PDIF? AES/EBU? ADAT? Does this happen with multiple sessions? Even an empty new session with just one audio track added? You have to play to hear the clicking right? With the transport stopped it is not there at all? Post a recording on soundcloud or similar showing the clicking. |

Re: Clicking!
It was syncing problems with my H8000. I sorted it.
