99% Sure its single. can't see the point of up-sampling just to change level or flip phase.

I think most double precision plugs make it known! or they used to in the past. either its a selling point like Waves Renaissance & Linear phase plugs or they say DP like some of the URS or like PSP plugs have an optional button etc. But i think lots of the new Waves for example are DP.

Interesting point actually! i guess its in their literature somewhere or the extra latency is often a giveaway!

hi,

thanks. makes sense.

i'd like to be able to verify and back it up with something in writing from digidesign. there was nothing that i could find in the documentation. if anyone has seen anything about it in any of the manuals or other documentation, please let me know.

thanks again.

It would say if it was DP and there's no reason why it should be as its not doing anything other than level/phase and mute.

hi,

i think you right about it being single precision. but i was looking to find some statement from digi to verify that.

i did sent a tech support request, but they seem to have been on vacation over there for the last few months. :)

actually, since its single precision it kind of defeats the whole 48 bit mixer thing.
