iLok license expired on active subscription
On my Avid account page it says my Pro Tools Studio subscription is active, but when I try to open Pro Tools it says I don't have an active license.
On my iLok license manager it says the license for my Pro Tools Studio Subscription expired on 8/19/23 at 7:46 am. At this exact same date and time I received an email from Avid saying "We’ve successfully processed your recurring subscription payment." I opened a support case for this, but wanted to post here as well to see if there was a way for me to resolve it. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.
