One for those MIDI Guru\'s - Midi Beat Clock
Is there a way to slave pt onto MIDI Beat CLock ? Or whatevre those oldskool drummachines are sending out?
Slaving those drummachines to pt runs smooth, but is the other way around possible? I succefully slaved pt to MTC, LTC and even VITC but they have all time(-line) info in them. Or is there away to convert the midi beat clock to MTC ? Cheers Bossi |

Re: One for those MIDI Guru\'s - Midi Beat Clock
I'd like to see an answer to this too. I've not had much success with controling PTLE with an Alesis SR-16. I can get it to control recording, by the waiting for midi data, but never had any success with it matching tempos. I had to enter those manualy. I've since given that up anyway, and just use it as a sound moduel. I do all my midi programing within PTLE now anyway.
