Default No license despite active subscription

Hi,

I have a subscription which according to my account on avid.com is active and expires August 27 , 2024.

However the last few days I received warnings when opening PT that my license was about to expire.

This morning I come to the studio and PT says I have no active licenses.
So I had to purchase a new yearly subscription , now I have two subscriptions!!

And besides I have auto-renewal on, so why did this even happen ?
And how do you contact human beings directly at Avid ??

Thanks for your help I'm getting so p****d off with Avid and their licensing schemes..

I've just checked your license and it shows your new expiration date is July 12th, 2024. Please try opening your iLok License Manager, sign in with your iLok ID, then click on Licenses > Refresh Subscriptions.

Let us know if the same issue occurs.

thanks for your response,
I just did what you said and when I click on refresh,
I get the following message;

Renewal is pending for the following licenses;

Pro Tools Studio subscription expiration date 28/05/2024..
