Default "Import DLL PtAAF.dll cannot be loaded" error

Hello All,

Have been running Pro Tools on my machine for months with not a single issue. Install 2020.3 (completely fresh install), refresh my licenses in Ilok Manager, and now I get this error message every time I try to load in.

Any ideas?

Ryzen 7 - 3700X

Windows 10 (latest updates)
Pro Tools 2020.3

Could help to know...
  1. Which specific Win10 version?
  2. License on iLok USB Key or iLok Cloud?
  3. If license in iLok Cloud - was an iLok Cloud Session open on another machine?
  4. What were the steps in your install process?
Thanks!

1. windows 10.0.18363 Build 18363
2. Both cloud and usb key were tested
3. No
4. Add/Remove app function in windows / double check all files are gone / remove any temp files and common files. Transfer entire plugin folder to another drive. Use installer off Avid.com. Attempted to run a completely fresh start with no 3rd party plugins. Reinstalled ilok manager, and checked that all of that was the most updated as well.

* Win10 Home (1909.18363.752)
* iLock Cloud
* No
* My fresh AVID Link (2020.03) didn't show a new version of the program, but in my Account was already new version PT 2020.03. Delete old ver, install new version.

Solved: Uninstall only Avid Pro Tools 2019.12, clean Register via Ccleaner, reboot, install new PT verison 2020.03. Done!

P.S. I didn't even touch the plug-in folder. All plug-ins left.

Same. Did a google search for ""Import DLL PtAAF.dll cannot be loaded" error and this thread came up, thankfully. Just uninstalled and re-installed Pro Tools and it fixed the issue. Thanks everybody

Check to see if Pro Tools needs an update before reinstalling. That always works for me.
