Default No Timecode output from Protools I/O

We just purchased 3 HDX systems with new hardware and for some reason the LTC output has no output on any system. No TC at all. We have been on the phone with Avid support, but no luck. Are we missing some obscure setting? Dip switch? Anything you all can have us try? Thanks

Is this on your Sync HD?
More info would help us get to the heart of the problem

We figured this out. Remember, we are generating TC, not receiving. So Command J does not apply.
