Eucon 2021.6 defaults to top Track

Eucon 2021.6 with Latest version of Control, PT 2021.6 - I9 iMac running Big Sur

My issue

while in the edit window eucon/control keeps resetting view back to the first track every time I make any kind of move.
for example if the highlight let say I high light the vocal channel and make an edit, it refresh the screen and pushes my view back to the first track, which at that point I have to pay down to the selected "Vocal" Channel ..

is there a setting I missed that keeps it from doing this.

EuControll Settings/ General Tab

Uncheck “Auto Bank to Selected Track”
