Default Using PT10 native without the native card

HI
I already have my Lynx AES cards and interfaces and would like to get more I/O up to 64 which is what you can get with the Lynx in most other programs that use ASIO can you do this with PT10 HD because you can only have 32 I/O in PT 10 Native Or do I need to get the Native card?
Thanks

You would need both the HD Native card and an HD interface (or 3rd party interface that hooks up via Digilink, such as the Lynx Aurora or Apogee Symphony IO).

The card by itself won't do anything. You would also need the HD 10 license on your Ilok, not just regular PT and Complete Toolkit. The HD software license comes with the HD Native system.

I'm not sure what you're asking here.

No, it's their own drivers.

Thanks that is what I wanted to know do you know if programs that use ASIO can see the Avid Native card? but will use the Avid drivers. I use Sequoia for Mastering and it also uses VST Plugs so I wanted to use the same machine for both so I am researching if Sequoia will see the Native card and the PT Drivers.

Yes, you can use the HD Native as the interface/soundcard with Sequoia and other programs like Cubase or any ASIO compatible software.
