Whats happening to my midi .

Hi

this the problem i have a session with VIs and click plugin . everything starts fine but aftet.few minutes the midis aux sstops producing sound but playback continues until it
comes back again with a loud sound like it was stuck . Especially with a hit start
Some times plays well sometimes wont start sound the makes the issue .
I have all the optimizations done . I have a Digi 003 mixer and my.controller is a m audio
kestation 88 es.
I saw a few post in goole.but.nobody resolve it .
are somebody experiencing this here . or can help ?

I am having the same problem, even with only a click track , the midi sometimes starts late, or with a loud noise , this happens at 64 and 128 samples buffer

Thats correct ...what interface you are using ?

003 rack. , the problem wont happen at 1024 buffer size

ive tried everything ...
other MB other RAM and more RAM
a have bought a few FW cards including the avid approved ones. pci and pcie.
another machine . well everything . like you i dont have the error at 1024 buffer.
in my case i have the quick punch bug too that for me is related . another thing is sometines the midi audio playback stuck or click audio but the playback still runing then
The audio comes again with a loud hit sound . i got my conclusion after at last ive tested
the same system that i use with a simple usb fast track from m audio . everything runs really smooth without any stuppid bug . so is the 003 driver or firmware .And i cant beleivrf avid hasnt release any driver for it since PT 9 .

Was this happening in 10.0 too ??? This is very very bad, I would have to roll back to 9 to be able to record, sucks big time. To me , is very strange that not many people are complaining about in the duc .
