second internal drive versus another firewire
I just bought a maxtor 250MB serial ATA to act as the audio drive on my dual G5. I had been recording to my lacie firewire drive just fine but want three drives for storage/backup purposes. Just wanted to know if the thought with G5 /002 is two firewires versus another internal drive? My computer is not in monitoring/recording room so fan noise is not a huge issue. Also, if I install the Maxtor, should I partition it into 5 partitions?
Thanks if you have experience with these questions.
