Allow sends to persist during LLM Delay

Basically I'd like to record a vocal in LLM with a send sending to a reverb for the singer, but it is badly delayed.

This seems to be know issue all the way back to v2018:

I'm on 2020.12 and this is still broken. Does anyone have this working?

Re LLM, I never use it and suggest you skip it as well. The solution to latency while recording is as follows:
1-set your playback buffer to 64 or 128(the lower the setting, the less latency)
2-be wise about plugins while tracking. Set(under View>Mix Window) to show Delay Compensation. This adds info across the bottom of the MIX window so you can see delay(latency) caused by plugins. If you see numbers higher than 10 or so, make plugins inactive to bring those numbers down to single digits
3-be aware that plugins on a MASTER track will also contribute to audible delay(so keep any high-latency plugins inactive during recording.
4-Inactive is not the same as bypass.
