Application launch Failure

The application "Pro Tools 6.9.2" could not be launched because of a shared library error: "4<Pro Tools PPC dbg><Pro Tools PPC dbg><DAE><FreeFic>"

After installing Tiger 10.4.2 I attempted to upgrade from 6.9.1 which because of upgrade path bug didn't work. I've done the fix which was to uninstall back to 6.7 then up grade to 6.9 then. 6.9.2 then 6.9.2.s2. I now can't run anything. I get the above message. any ideas guys I have thrown out all typical preferences, repaired permissions, ZAPP Phee Ram, and it gives me this error.

After reinstalling OS 10.4 and installing 6.9.2cs2 and reloading reverb 1,Massenberg,Battery 2,Focusright d 2 d 3, Amp farm 3, I am back 6 hours. Wow, avoid 6.9.1cs 1, that caused all this hell! Just install Tiger 10.4 and go from 6.9 to 6.9.2 then 6.9.2cs2 That's it.
Lots of hoops to jump thought but it works. Take two asprin and call my in the morning.!
