Default Opening a Cubase .omf session in PT 10

Trying to share a Cubase session...PT will only open one of 39 tracks when trying to open the .omf file. Any ideas on how its sposed to work?

Dont believe Cubase makes a version 2 OMF (maybe I am wrong, someone who knows Cubase better could verify), so I have heard of people just exporting individual tracks (starting at 0 time so all tracks start at the same point) and inporting the .wav files into PT for mixing...
