Default Bounce to quicktime

Hi there,

Is it possible to bounce a quicktime movie with a 5.1 mix in Pro Tools 7.4 HD? It seems as though it's only possible encode in mono or stereo.

I'd say no... even if you could most players can't read discrete 5.1. you need to mux it with an encoder -- to AC3

While you can't bounce a 5.1 QT, you certainly can make a 5.1 movie in QT. Just assign the audio tracks to the correct outputs in QT. (May need Pro Version for this).
