PT Studio Subscription Renewal

Once again, it's time to play "let's run around in digital circles' trying to renew my Protools Studio subscription, or perpetual licence....I have tried every option suggested by Avid and the store where I bought the subscription/licence. It's the product code that seems to be the problem; the one I got does not work. Avid chatbot is useless and Avid does not take phone calls, and I got no answer to a couple of emails to Avid. Your advice welcomed. Thank you.

You might have purchased a wrong code. Please send the code at [email protected] so I can check.

I can see that you have a pro tools 10 license. The code for this to be up to date is the Renewal code for $199(retail price).
