Guitar Input Only -- Playback Noise
My gf is using a Fast Track to record with. The microphone input works perfect because I can hear myself with no noise when testing with headphones. When I enable a track with the guitar, on the back of the Fast Track, as the input noise is definitely audible.
Since the microphone input is able to pass through the USB cable to the computer and then back to the headphones I am guessing it has something to do with the guitar input on the Fast Track. If I run the guitar through an amp and then run the amp into the guitar input will this reduce noise. I have been having problems with the guitar input being way too quiet without increasing the track gain so this could fix that problem as well. Thank you |
