Error firing up PT..HELP

I tried re-instaling and I keep getting an error when I'm going to run PT.

ProToolsLE.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point_DsiSetThreadPriority@8 could not be located in the dinamic link library DSI.dll.

This is what opens up, any sugestions???
