Default PT9.01 and Fxpansion VST Adapter 2

I have installed Fxpansion VST to RTAS Adapter 2.
Followed the directions scanning all of the default folders for VST plugins. Changed the VST plugin to "yes" that I had installed on the computer then closed Fxpansion Adapter.
Opened PT9 and under Instruments and Wrapped Plugins every plugin I owned showed up there.
Realizing my mistake I closed PT9, found the VST plugin folders and deleted everything I did not want showing up in PT9.
Rescanned via Fxpansion making sure to only add the VST plugin I wanted to show up in the first place then closed Fxpansion.
Opened PT9 and I still have all of my plugins showing up as wrapped plugins under Instruments and Wrapped Plugins...
Question is how do I get rid of all the wrapped plugins I dont want showing up under PT9?
thanks

The reason they still show up is that when they get "wrapped," it makes new RTAS files in your RTAS plug-ins folder. They're "empty" plug-ins - that is, they don't contain the plug-in code, but only contain pointers to the VST plug-ins. At least I think that's how it works. Because you'll notice that if you try to use a wrapped VST plug that's no longer in the disk location it was in when wrapped, you'll get an error and it won't load.

So the thing to do is (with PT closed) put the unwanted VSTs back where they were, open the adapter program, and select "No" for each one you don't want wrapped. The adapter will then remove the RTAS pointer plug-ins. Alternatively, you can find the wrappers you don't want and move or delete them from the RTAS plug-ins folder by hand. The first way will leave them in place for other programs if needed. The second way is if you really don't want them at all.
