The arrows on ruler are gone(2022.5)

Left and right arrows when playback cursor is off-screen are gone in 2022.5 and 2022.4.

They are there, well for me, and if this was widely happening you would have had hundreds of folks on here screaming about this for a while now.

You should try some basic troubleshooting, starting with trashing prefs, testing starting with an empty new sessions, etc. Maybe share your exact setup info in case there is something very specific to your setup.

Seriously?

We all understand what arrows are being described. This is not happening for most folks, as you would have hundreds of folks on here screaming about it. And does not happen for me (2021.12/2022.4/2022.5, Mac, Big Sur 11.6, MBP 15" 2019).

Have you tried troubleshooting this? Trashing prefs, etc. I have no idea what might help but worth running basic stuff. And again... system info. You are seeing something very different than other users so what might be different about your setup? Both of you folks have posted this stuff not bothering to provide *any* information about your setup, and we don't even know if you are talking about Mac or Windows platforms.

Been using PT over 10+ years and never noticed these arrows. They are working here.

Actually it is happening to me also on my system below


OK this is weird I think it has something to do the Bars and Beats lane view (or perhaps which ever is selected as the main ??
In the video the blue left facing and right facing triangle shaped arrows show in the bottom of the bars and beats lane under the actual numbers 1/1/0 etc.
But On my system they do not show and there is no room for them
The only arrows that show are the down facing selection arrows ???

I've been using PT since it was only 4 tracks and black&white, lol, I think it was called Sound Tools then.
Never noticed the blue arrows until now. I always use the arrows on the keyboard for the same purpose.

These arrows only show up when transport is playing if you're in Edit Window Scrolling->No Scrolling or After Playback.

Showing fine in Bars and Beats when stopped and scrolled away from the edit insertion point

Yeah i did trash my preferences, sure. 2022.5 on Mojave 10.14.6, cMP 5,1 do not see them here...
its not such a big deal, actually it might be a while since i last saw them...

For me, they've been gone for much longer than that. Maybe a couple of years, actually. I get them to show by clicking in the edit window. Extremely annoying; they used to be there the moment the cursor went offscreen.
