ProTools HD vs. iTunes

nothing to do, trashed avid coreaudio engine plugin, isight plugin and DVCPRO audio plugin, all in HAL plugin, nothing changed.
i create a new user, no differences.
any to suggest?

Make a unique Network Location name (Sys Pref). Seems using Automatic hinders some networking connections.

I Hope this works for you. Just one of the little things that changed.

PROBLEM SOLVED!
finally, i checked on console what' s up with iTunes.

I found iTunes on launch, it check for nfs xgrid network drive, where resides podcasts (i use in conjunction with an osx server, for private previews with artists) and he didn't found, maybe was an (or more) broken link.
Probably also ProTools it check the same path, maybe for devices db. It crash (on launch) or hangs up (if it's open) after iTunes open.

BTW, removing all the podcast in list in iTunes, unchecking xgrid share in pref (i don't know really why was turned on), restarted and problem disappear!
now seems also gone some strange things with Skype (resolved with repair permission, but it's still buggy). minor bugs, but Skype is an important app for my job and i can' t trash it away.

At last, take care about latest M-Audio USB driver (3.04?), stills not stable with Lion, has an architecture not supported (64bit version not loaded, work only on 32bit anyway) , best to wait a compatible driver version.
