another Thunderbolt angle..chassis-mania!

I've seen a lot of guessing about future TDM and Native Avid products in light of the Thunderbolt announcement, but I've been thinking about something else. It seems like this would open up the possibility of using chassis (what's plural for "chassis"?) with laptops and minis for those of us who already own TDM cards. The Express Card option was always a little shaky. Has anybody already seen announcements about Thunderbolt to PCI-e adapters? I've got a 4-card PCI-X box with a PCI-e card that goes in the host computer. Maybe now there'll be a ThB cable going to a PCI-e (I'd only need a short 1-slot) box, and I could keep using my PCI cards into the next millenium!

For those of us already using Magma products, it might be a great way to shrink the system... I don't need to chase the Native solutions, I'm already running an HD4 Accel system with tons of plugs already..
