Pro Toos 8 Reference Guide still not available in the UK!

Can anyone tell us when we will be able to buy the printed PT 8 reference guide form the UK Digi store? Is there any other way to get it, please? It started showing some time ago but always out of stock!

As far as I know, Digidesign is not providing printed manuals for version 8. I could easily be wrong but that's what I was told.

Hi, Scott,.They are not provinding a printed guide in the upgrade box, indeed. But you have the choice to buy it. In the USA store it was available - but now it is out of stock too!

The Digidesign UK on-line store always offered much less products than the USA equivalent - and some of the items are eternaly out of stock. I hope the PT 8 reference guide will not become one of them! But honestly, as Howardk said, being it The "quintessential tome", I may never have the privilege of having it on my own hands! ;-)

That is huge WOW and that text is just for describing the user guide! The bigger question is: Does PT 8 really Work!

I just checked again and nothing!
The USA Digi store has the PT 7.4 Reference Guide, but no PT 8 Reference Guide!
The UK Digi store is the same.

Is it the credit crunch?? Should we pay in advance - pre order? I am in!
