Help need installing Perpetual on a new laptop

Hi Guys,

Sorry if this sounds basic but I need help installing PT12 from my products master account. My old MacBook Pro was sent back to apple with a graphic / screen issue and they tried to charge £600 for a new screen. I decided to purchase a new mB pro and brought M1 Big Sur (yep I know now) I have tried to download and install the PT Perpetual product 12 but I keep receiving the message below even though I am fully supported until May 2022. Any help would be most appreciated .What am I doing wrong ?

Hi, welcome to the community.

Go to iLok license manager and see what is the RELEASE LIMIT of your license details. It only opens versions released on or before that date. To download earlier version go to Avid Download Center.

To run Pro Tools on Big Sur, you may be forced to buy the latest version as your older version simply may not be compatible with the new OS
