Nobody has mentioned it, but the processor and mobo you've chosen has more cores than your old CPU but lower clock speed. Why not go with a more modern CPU that has a faster clock and more cores (and costs less)? Look into a z490 build to get boosted speeds closer to 5 ghz. Just cuz it says "Extreme" doesn't mean its better. For example check some of the benchmarks of the 10980XE vs 10900K & 11900K.

Anyone have any luck with any AMD chips? I've been eyeing a AMD Ryzen 5 5600X which seems to have a good balance of performance and price.
