Every time I use the B4 from NI in TDM, I get these strange clicking and popping noises in record or playback.
Is there a known problem with this plug-in? Thanks Dean

You think that's bad, you should try a real one!
Pardon me...being a smart arse. I agree though...a whole lotta less clicks would be a start. |

Ni Plug ins only work in RTAS.
HTDM on most Plug-ins are not stable. |

RTAS Instruments on a TDM system ONLY Show up on audio tracks. Try that.
Just use an audiotrack as an aux |

Thanks roberts. I tried that last night, and it worked. If my memory serves me right, don't you have the option of using an RTAS Instrument in either audio or aux when using PTLE?

![]() RTAS plug-ins are not available on AUX Tracks. HTDM plug-ins act like RTAS, in that they use the cpu for plug-in power, but they also behave like TDM plug-ins; You can instantiate an HTDM plug-in on an AUX track. |
