Default How to shut speakers off when headphones plugged in?

My monitors are great but I'm really curious how to get them to shut off when I plug my headphones in so that the speakers sound doesn't get in the way of what I'm recording without lowering the physical nob on my Yamaha HS5m's.

Help plzzz!
