Default "Access violation unable to read location: 0x00000000'" Pro Tools 2021.3.1

Error appears while launching Pro Tools 2021.3.1 in Windows 10. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling pro tools, moving plug in folders into temp folders etc, nothing works. Only became an issue a couple of days ago now I can't launch Pro tools at all. Can anyone please help?
