HDX card disappeared with new Mac Studio after working a few days

Hi All,
I bought a new MacStudio Ultra (OS 12.6) and the Avid HDX Chassis to replace my old cheesegrater.
After some issues solved with avid documentation and reading this forum everything worked ok rapidly.
But after a day of work (post) the HDX engine disappeared ... multiple reboots and reinstalling and it came back again .... this happened 3 or 4 times.
After a whole day of work without any problem, "Avidaudioserver unexpexctabilly quit"
After that no way to get my rig to work ...
I changed the cables, reset the card position several times.
The system report sees the chassis but not the card. the DigiDal extension is there and loaded ...
How to check if it's a hardware problem ? chassis ? the card itself ?

Thanks Darryl, but I read everything about the subject in this forum or elsewhere and did everything advised with no success this last time ...

This Avid HDX chassis, is it the same as the Sonnet Echo Express II (TB2)?
Want to replace the Mac Pro 2013 with something new?
We have an MP 2019 that might do the trick but I haven't checked if the HDX cards will work in that.
Possibly an M2 Studio?

This is the Avid/Sonnet TB3 chassis, dedicated to HDX
The system report sees the chassis, but not the card (PCI tab)
But it worked randomly ...very weird
For the moment, I bought a Focusrite interface in order to work on a feature editing
