THANK YOU for keeping this thread alive! I haven't found any solution and am still doing the dance with Wave Agent to 'correct' the metadata in the BWF. I'll look at your post, Avo.
Thanks again to all who have responded. I'm glad I'm not alone in seeing this. BTW, I did just find a new replacement for WaveAgent to edit BWF metadata. See what you think... https://apps.apple.com/us/app/bwf-me...ign-mpt=uo%3D4

Ok, I have been experiencing this issue for a year or so now. Have upgraded versions, etc. to no avail. Clients have flagged it, and frankly, it's embarrassing. I do know the workarounds noted here, and do so now - but its terrible cumbersome, especially when dealing with longer length pieces. Any updates from anyone?
