Default Carbon PT Studio Perpetual License

I didn't renew my Carbon pro tools studio subscription after one year, where is the ProTools Studio Perpetual license located? Will it show up in my account?

I'm not able to use Carbon or Pro Tools at the moment.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, ED

Sorry for the trouble. You should be back up and running (synchronize your iLok if needed) but please Create A Case... my.avid.com > Access the Support Center > Equipment

Hello, I still don't have my perpetual parachute license.
I looked at my ilok account and there was a subscription license that expired Jan14th, that's why I was able to continue to use PT's.
As of today Jan15th I have no access to Pro Tools Studio without entering a new activation code.

When I was able to use Pro Tools Studio I thought my Perpetual Parachute was activated.

I really need this problem fixed asap please.

There realy is no automatic perpetual parachute. You have to wait till you're subscription expires, then contact support and create a ticket. Then they will send you a perpetual license.

In my case it worked automatically on the iLok side of things.
It did take some time for it to show in my AVID user area on the website but that's just cosmetics.
