I have a ptf session file of a dubbing mix template that I want to use. I have tried importing the session data from the file and unchecked import regions and media. The problem i'm having is that once I've clicked ok after altering the import settings the progress bar comes up saying "locating audio files" and makes zero progress and the program crashes.
I can understand the crash if the import requires the presence of more than just the ptf file, but I dont understand why it looks for audio when I have asked it not to import any audio. Any help is much appreciated. |

Wow, i've either unearthed a Pro Tools first or more likely, i've overlooked something so dumbingly obvious that nobody can bring themselves to point it out to me!

You may have a corrupt file or something.
Try Importing track by track instead the whole session at once. |

Do you possibly still have 'Alternate Playlists' checked in the import options?
