Logic Pro, PTLE, and AU
I'm sure I'm not the only one that use's Logic Pro and PTLE along side each other. Wouldn't it be great if you could use all Logic's Plug-ins and instuments in Pro Tools? -but it doesn't support AU! I'm interested to find out how others use the two applications.

Re: Logic Pro, PTLE, and AU
Doesn't bother me, PT's basic MIDI isn't enough for me to do any arranging in it, Logic has the upper hand there by a longshot. I compose in Logic, bounce any synths and then edit/mix/overdub in PT. I don't think Logic's instruments are AU anyway - the program supports 3rd party AU instruments, but I think the ones that are bundled with it are a proprietary format that is also used in garageband - if they were AU they'd show up in DP and other AU apps.
