Assertion Errors Elastic Audio Quantize to Extracted Groove

Has Digi responded to the many queries here about Assertion Errors when quantizing audio to extracted grooves?

It worked fine for me in 7.4 but has never worked properly in 9, and if Digi has answered others who've had the same issue, I haven't seen it.

Have they answered queries about this problem? Is it fixed in 10?

Anyone?
