Fader value sometimes falsely show zero

Hi,
I quite often get zero as fader value on the S6 even tho the fader is set to something else.
As soon as I move it slightly the value is updated to the correct value.

In the video I selected 2 tracks which are both in Trim mode and fader values at +1.9 but the left one first shows 0.0 until I move it.
Is this a bug or a setting that I've missed.
Been like this for years for me. Not always but a bit to often...

There's a calibration mode for the fader modules.

Fader calibration is not the issue here.
The value could be off by 20dB and when it happens it always shows 0.0 until you move it slightly.
So unless I’m missing something my money is on a bug.
All fader modules have just been replaced for a different reason and all faders have been calibrated.
Have had this problem off and on for years. So same issue has appeared on several fader modules both old and new.

Does it happen only in trim mode?

I've never seen this, and I don't use trim mode.

Sorry, fell through the cracks. What versions of S6 and PT are you on?

I’m on the latest versions of both PT and S6.
But I’ve had this issue on and off for years(and versions).
Haven’t been able to figure out how to reproduce it but I would say
It happens to me on 40% of the songs I’m mixing at some point.

Hi,
Experimented a bit and found out how to replicate it.
This behavior seem to be triggered by focusing a track from the purple triangle by the fader.
Like I show on the video below as soon as I press the focus switch then it falsely shows the 0.0 value.
If I focus the track with the mouse it does not show the false value.
Very strange! Hope this could give you some clue! 😊
