Default Clip problem

Hello, need advice pls. How to control / reduce clip height in a PT track. I can reduce the height by volume control, but then volume go down. Some of the tracks in a session suddenly starting to look like this. I post a photo below.

Your dragging point should be at the left side near the track name. I've attached a screenshot.

Thanks for info.
Maybe I do not understand or express myself unclear.
But problem is the "sound clip" inside the track which is "above the roof".
Not the size of the track itself.
Need to bring the clips down, but not be reducing volume.

Maybe something about saving the session not correct?

You write click and drag, I find the point where to make the track larger / smaller in size.
But it is not this point you mean?

Have you tried using the waveform zoom control?

The waveform zoom control solved my problem.

Oh,

Do you mean the waveform height? If on Windows, Have you tried hitting Alt+shift+scroll?

Something else that might be helpful: related shortcuts. You can adjust the height of the waveforms by clicking and dragging on the audio zoom icon (see my earlier post) or by using Command + Option + [ to zoom out vertically (or Command + Option + ] to zoom in vertically. Helps speed up the work :)
