ProTools Intro

Can any of the Forum members advise how to get download ProTools Intro? I have been a ProTools user since the days of Sound Designer and now I have moved on to spend my retirement days. My need for the app is to be able to transfer my LP records to the computer's hard drive and from there to a memory stick, so that it would be possible to listen to the music in question, for example on car journeys. I have tried to download PT Intro but it has not been successful. I have also tried to close my Avid account, but it is not possible to do that myself and Avid has not closed it despite requests. The idea of ​​closing the account would be so that I could download the app in question from a "clean slate". I understand that PT Intro is intended for beginners, but considering my small needs, the most suitable app for me would be PT Intro. When the procedure I described seems to be against Avid's policy, I have the free Audacity, VinylStudio apps as alternatives - I would rather have used PT Intro because with tens of years of user experience, I would already have a familiar environment .Is there any advice on the forum? to the solution of that problem?

Have you checked your MyAvid account at account.avid.com - go there and log in with your email and password and then select View My Products.

Pro Tools Intro is there and when you open it - there is a blue button that says claim and activate.

It should be as simple as what Marianna described(and it was for me many months ago when I loaded it onto an older PC). It should also be fine for the purpose you have, though there are a few other free options like Audacity, Reaper(free to demo.....forever) and Cakewalk by Bandlab(I think that's the name) which is free(and used to be called SONAR)
