Subscription Renewal BUG!!!!

Hey Avid,

I paid the $399 subscription Renewal on Wednesday and my account didn't reflect it.
I contacted support, they opened Case 02940157
After about an hour of back and forth I was told there is a bug in the system and you are working on this and will resolve this quickly.

3 days later!!!!
My subscription now shows as expired and I am getting the message that on Sunday I am no longer able to use the plug ins that I paid for.

I am doing this for a living, I can't suddenly be down because you can't fix a stupid billing bug

PLEASE FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY.

Just had this but it wasn't a bug....in my case. The renewal was set to expire last Sunday at 5pm. I renewed it by refreshing the ilok (in the ilok app) about 30 hours prior to expiration. The date changed and all was well.

Apparently the changes (renewals) do not appear until approx. 48 hours prior to expiration.

Thank you for renewing, and sorry for the trouble. I checked your case and it was escalated to our IT dept (still in progress). I deposited a temp Pro Tools HD Plan license just in case this is not fixed by tomorrow so if needed you can activate that to avoid any interruption in using your plug-ins.

I saw it the temp license that seems to have done the trick so far.

Should I contact support again or will they handle this and then let me know?
