Default Audio and Midi Sych errors

I'm getting a Message box that reads "Error when trying to synchronize audio and midi' Check conflicts beween Logic and external device. What should I be looking for? I'm using 002r and AMT8.

Try increasing the buffer size in Logic's Audio Hardware setup window. If you're using any external digital devices, make sure you have your clocking set up correctly.
