"finishing project synchronization"

Hey guys, just having some trouble trying to save my projects without getting:
"finishing project synchronization" which remains at 0% indefinitely until I close pro tools as seen here: https://ibb.co/6FVwvVm

I've also checked the task manager to find: "uploading cloud test 1" which never moves at all either as seen here: https://ibb.co/8KQ5gHv

I've also checked my overall cloud usage which is currently at 13% as seen here: https://ibb.co/mBf86Cs and here: https://ibb.co/CVqYffY

I've seen that this was covered previously however this looks to have been "solved" by updating pro tools to the newest version at the time. Well I'm on the most current version of pro tools and I have not figured out how to bypass this. I've tried deleting/re-creating the project about 5 times. I honestly have no idea what else to try at this point. As you can imagine this is beyond frustrating for something that SEEMS somewhat simple.

Ultimately I'm trying to save my project to the could so I can work on the same session project from my main rig as well as my mobile rig. Any help would be extremely appreciated.
