Default ASIO4ALL2 - Meters Go Up, But No Sound From Headphones Or Speakers!

Purchased PT10 to not be stuck carrying around an MBOX. I have ASIO4ALL installed. Pro-Tools recognizes, I see Meters going up and down, but hear no sound! Whether it be a VI plug-in, or plain audio playing back, I hear NOTHING!

Yes I disabled the GS Wavesynth by unchecking exclusivity
Yes I made sure 44.1<>48kHz was checked

I'm scratching my head with this one.

Please help!

PT 10, Win 7/64, Conexant Smart Audio HD, Lenovo laptop.
