ARGH!!!! S1 repairs
Hey... Eddie Jones & co... please help...
I have an s1 with the classic encoder #4 issue. Both my avid dealer and I have been getting the run around from multiple people at avid in multiple countries... just to get an RMA... apparently the thing wasn't registered, and whatever magic number we need to register it doesn't exists... it's been weeks of back and forth. Please help. case number #04410069 Thanks you!
