Pace is frustrating
I keep getting a popup to plug in my iLok for PT license. I never had that issue before and I never moved the iLok whatsoever.
I have been turning off the Wi-Fi as recommended per Avid, maybe it's related ? Absolutely nothing bumped or moved on the iLok. Have to turn on WiFi and plug the ilok in. This is not good while tracking. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated, thanks.

Hmmm, never had that here Are you using Cloud-iLok or are all licenses on a physical iLok? Have you updated to the latest version of ILM?

Hi Dave.
It's on my iLok. Although a popup is asking for license on the cloud ? I shut down and reinsert iLok then reboot. Was not sure if unplugging the iLok while computer on would damage the iLok so I shut down and reboot. I never had that problem before ? Thanks

Make SURE your licenses are located on your physical iLok.

Yes they are there and I check when I get the error, and after.
Strange thing about the time it started Avid had a cloud popup of some sort. Maybe an advertisement and I tried to close and it tried to install or something like that. Perhaps it's trying to find a cloud license ? Avid please look into it.

In iLok License Manager, file menu, select "close (all) ilok cloud sessions", if it's not greyed out. Might be worth a try, as it is a first-try for those of us using iLok Cloud, when troubleshooting. (The word "session" has nothing to do with PT sessions in this scenario.)

I'll give that a try.
I do remember some sort of iLok advertisement of some sort trying to install on it's own. I was sure I cancelled the install, but maybe a gremlin hanging around. THANK YOU ALL IMMENSELY. FINGERS CROSSED.
