hanging PT app start/looking for control surfaces
Hi all, any idea how to get round this? I always have a long hang when I start PT at the point it says its looking for a control surface, when there's isn't one attached.

System info please?
Try dumping prefs & databases and restart.

Check your Peripherals options and makes sure no surfaces are setup (Eucon and the upper MIDI area that handles HUI and ICON)
