PETITION: Post Power Harness In Troubleshooting

Hi All,

New Member here, in part because of researching problems with the wiring harness. The thread is why I signed up. I just replaced my harness which was doing the same thing the posts cite: losing contact witht eh hardware. No problems in a week now of running my DIGI002 couple of hours a day. Has anyone had problems after the molesx replacement? Is this primarily a result of corrosion from humidity then? Any help would be appreciated. These posts have been very helpful for me. Thanks.

I'm very upset about this matter. We paid good money for a item that fails and we spend countless hours resaerching the issue. WHY digi didn't send all user a letter regarding the harness issue?? Well, after DAYS of researching I called DIGI today and was on hold for 1 hour then they disconnected the call. This is very fustrating. If anyone has instructions on how to open the 002 mixer version as I will just fix the issue myself.. This is BS!!!!!!!!!!!

When I expereinced this problem, I was told that if I open the unit myself, my warranty will not be valid anymore.
So i am still waiting for a replacement harness. (4 weeks)

2 rekindle an old thread... my DIGI 002 just fell slave [i believe] 2 the "Power Harness" issue...
Ending in the letter "B" [talk about throwback].

Does anyone have any positive updates on this issue? or extreme negatives?

Did "hws"^^ recieve his 002 since december 05? LoLz...
