Do you have a simple network switch around (not router)? If so can you plug the Dock into that and then from here into the Mac. Dont change anything else.

Thanks Eddie,
I've connected the Mac mini and the dock to a switch. It's giving me a slightly different error message (see attached). Checked the connections and swapped out ethernet cables and I've done a power cycle on the dock. Launched Pro Tools and selected Eucon Control Surfaces in Peripherals which seems to trigger the error message on Eucon. Philip |

Can I confirm....you can connect the Dock and put it in the My Surfaces list OK....its when you enable Eucon in PT that it comes out and you get this message?
Also can you find and run the Discovery App. Try and export the whole list of data |

Just tested it there with the dock connected via a switch.
So the network error message pops up even without launching Pro Tools. In Eucon I add the dock to the My Surfaces list and after 2mins 10secs it throws up the Unable to connect / Network error window. I did the same with the dock connected directly to the Mac mini and the same message comes after a similar amount of time. Can I ask where I can find the Discovery app? I'm not familiar with it. |

I've downloaded Discovery. It doesn't give me the option to export the data so I have taken a screenshot.

You have pulled the power cable and fully power cycled it? Need the logs, right click EuControl and select Collect logs

Have you tried the Restart All EUCON Apps menu item ?

Logs are attached as a zip file.
I've taken out the power cable and left it for 30 seconds. Is that the proper way to do a power cycle? Did a Restart All Eucon Apps. Added dock to surfaces. Same "Unable to connect network error" pops up. |

Sorry forgot to attach the files you asked for in the previous post.
So the collect logs produced a zip file (2.1mb). When I try to attach to a post is says invalid file type. |
