Default Vocal Comp Playlist issue

I'm doing vocal comps... after recording 15 different playlists I'm in the "playlist view"… but when i solo different tracks it doesn't work.. it won't switch
from track to track. I'm at a loss..

Are you clicking the Solo button on the playlists?
What do you hear when soloing a playlist?
If you don't solo any playlist, do you then hear the main playlist?

Are you changing playlist solos while PT is in play, or are you stopping, soloing another PL and hitting play?

I've found in the past that playlist soloing was squirrely if switching while in play. I haven't checked lately so I don't know if it's been improved.

best,
rich

If I get what you're saying, I think I experienced the same thing...

If you Solo ONLY one of your playlists that isn't currently the main playlist (lets say number 7 out of 15), you won't hear anything.

You need to Solo the playlist AND the main track it's a part of. So for example, you've already Solo'ed Vocals.07 and don't hear any sound - leave that Solo turned on, and scroll up to the current main playlist/track, most likely Vocals.15 or whatever. Click on the track's top/main Solo button as well. Then you're in business.

[edit: I didn't notice this post was over a year old. Thought it was 2015. Hope it helps anyway.]
