Default Universal intaller of all plugins please!!!
Installing pt and all plugins on an other system today............................................. .......................... HOLY crap do I have plugins ...

truly wish there was a universal plugin installer for all plugins makers integrated in one place!

I would settle for a utility that looks at all your plugins and automatically downloads and installs the most current versions that are compatible with your currently installed version of Protools.

When I rebuild my main system later this summer, I'm going to slim down my plugin in stall by a good chuck, and probably get rid of all the freebie plugins that I never used.

there are some but for individual companies.. talking of one that would work for all... you know.. one ring to rule them all!!

That would drive developers away.

Anyway... everyone realizes that hosting a delivery platform costs money? Like even if they service it through Amazon S3 (which most do), that contract still costs money for every download?

Right. Avid should get right on this, and whip up those plugin vendors they have a hard enough time working with already. And do it all while Avid the company is being shopped for sale and anybody talking to partners has no credibility coz they don't know who will own the company in the future or if they will still be here.
